All property listings on PureCrest are subject to the following conditions:
• Property owners and agents are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of listing information.
• PureCrest verifies listings but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of all details.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Always confirm current pricing directly with the agent.
• PureCrest reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
For short-let (daily rate) bookings:
• Reservations are confirmed only after payment verification via WhatsApp or bank transfer.
• Cancellation policies vary by property — review before booking.
• Check-in and check-out times must be respected as specified in each listing.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Booking references are non-transferable.
You agree not to:
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce or republish our content without permission
PureCrest Properties acts as an intermediary between property owners, agents, and clients. We are not responsible for disputes arising directly between landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers, or hosts and guests. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any listed property.
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of PureCrest Properties and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
